SCHMIDT Code of Ethics
The Schmidt Code of Ethics (the "Code") is our roadmap for implementing these values. For us to succeed, each of us must make the right choices every day. Who Should Follow the Code ?
Our Code, which sets the standards our company and activities are subject to, applies to all members of the SCHMIDT company, including the board of directors, management, and employees at all hierarchical levels, in all legal entities, including joint ventures in which SCHMIDT has a majority or controlling stake. SCHMIDT's partners, service providers, and consultants are also required to follow the SCHMIDT Supplier Code of Conduct when dealing with SCHMIDT or acting on its behalf.
How is the Code Governed ?
SCHMIDT has established a governance structure to ensure that the principles of this Code are adhered to, highlighted, and effectively managed across the company. Every SCHMIDT employee in a managerial position has the responsibility to ensure that the Code is actively distributed, understood, and adhered to within their team.
